Stage/Podium Rental Services
For your next stage show, meeting, or speaker engagement, our professional operators will help your presenters feel relaxed and confident while delivering their presentation.

Both "Presidential" (podium) prompters and floor monitor systems are available to meet your particular prompting needs.

Computer Stage/Podium Prompter includes:

  • Computerized MagicScroll work station,
  • Single Podium speech package (2 mons/mirrors at a podium), OR,
    one 25" floor monitor for base of stage.
  • Operator (deliver, setup, and operate),
  • 1/4 hour of pre-shoot script entry.
  • Per 10 hr. day $675.00 (Half-days are not available for this service)

Is your show under Local 16, IATSE jurisdiction (Moscone, Marriott, etc.)?
